-What gives me hope is Allah , The Holy qur-an :asserted that :"O Mankind ! We created you from a single (pair) Of a male and a female , And made you into nations and tribes , that ye may know each other .Verily the most honored of In the sight of AlLah Is the most Righterous of . And Allah is full of knowledge And is well  acquainted .(Sura Al-Hujurat Ayat 13)
-What gives me hope is my family.
-What gives me hope is the Algerian people
-What gives me hope is Islam as my religion
-What gives me hope is my  nation
-What gives me hope is an Appeal to One Civilization to One world
-These advantages might be the basics of co-existence its reality and its future

The overarching argument of the project would be only “An Appeal to one Civilization in one World” with its affirm and underline on peaceful coexistence within a new globalization which bear out the “Appeal” rather than “Alliance of civilizations”.
An Appeal to one civilization in our world today has been the subject of many critical discussions. However, in this analysis, it is insisted that the concept of “civilization” has appeared and understandable  recently in three stages:

1-    Clash of civilizations.
2-    The dialogue of civilizations.
3-    The Alliance of Civilizations.

A-     Clash of civilizations which has been created and elaborated by American thinker , Professor Sammuel Huntington , who stated that the conflict between six civilizations would be happened in the nearest future mainly between the west civilization  and Islamic civilization .

B-    The idea of the dialogue of civilizations was put forward by Mohamed Khattami, ex-President of Iran in the United Nations summit of 2001. His statement has focused on the dialogue of civilizations rather than a conflict . This is the way which might be advanced later Spain and Turkey to suggest the notion of Alliance of Civilizations to U.N in 2004.

C-    Thus , the Alliance of Civilizations was established  in 2005 by the initiative of the government of Spain and Turkey under the auspices of the United Nations . Though , the Alliance of civilizations is an important method towards the future of political philosophy between the west and the Islamic world . Beyond all these , the notion should be “bridge divides” and build new political , economic cultural relations between civilizations at the governmental and civil levels .

We think that these types are temporary and would be disappeared in the future. In order to overcome the conflict between religions and divides cultures, the project of the an appeal to one civilization might lead the world to be one nation in the future. For instance, the strength and powerful impact of the immigrants in the west must have chances and opportunities to coexist with a new civilizations in the urban centers in the era of globalization. Muslims should have Mosques in every city as well as the Christians have to build many churches in Islamic World.

Thus, the anticipated outputs of our projects in research Laboratory are:
-    The consequences of the ideas of “AoC

-    The advantages of the dialogue of civilizations.
-    The permanent ideology of one civilization within globalized world.

To exert a greater impact on its current target community, we believe that the main way is the Islamic education “tarbiah”. Its methods are briefly:
-    Halaqa (a weekly unit study and practice meeting).
-    Katibah (a monthly several-units-meeting).
-    Trip
-    Camp
-    Workshop
-    Conference
-    Publications of articles and books about An Appeal for one civilization to the one world.

In addition, we think that the main ways in which the project may replicated in other communities are:
we must  establish a  firm basis for Islamic communities in Europe and North America. We think this will be done mainly through fostering the establishment of local community organization, Islamic schools, Christians schools, Jewish schools, national and international associations, and special interest organizations.

Our project of An Appeal to one Civilizations to The one World (AOCOW) is not only a term of political activities but also is a philosophical perspective towards a new future for all human beings within globalized world. Although the declaration of the idea has brought out the cartoon about our Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) in the contemporary civilizations. From this point of view, we think that Jean-Paul Sartre, French philosopher, is right when he asserted that: “the essential is not what others have made of man, but what one has made from what others made of him.” It could be right when we say according to others, our freedom is the freedom of others. If we believe in them, we have to think deeply in order to change ourselves towards a new life, new history, and new future in our universal world.
As Sartre affirmed earlier in his book Existentialism and Humanism:

“ When we say that man is responsible for himself, we do not mean that he is responsible only for his own individuality, but he is responsible for all men…(and) when we say that man chooses himself, we do mean that everyone of us must choose himself ;but by that we also mean that in choosing for himself, he chooses for all men …what we choose is always the better; and nothing can be better for us unless it is better for all ”.

Since 2003 our research laboratory of Dialogue Between Civilizations and Globalizations started working on academic research with graduate students from different Algerian universities in promoting the notion of dialogue between civilizations. In addition to being an active participant in national and international academic institutions, all members of research laboratory served as a participant in different colloquies and conferences which the University of Batna has a partnerships with them, like: Research Laboratory of Dialogue Between Civilizations and Cultures in the Mediterranean Sea in the university of Titouan, Morocoo, Center of Dialogue Between Religions and Cultures in Tunis, Tunisia. Further in developing our laboratory of research with United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), we have got first draft memorandum of understanding, from research manager, Thomas Uthup, in order to have partnership potential. The agreement will be signed soon with partner organizations.

Now let us see what it could be useful and meaningful to overcome many factors which are build up by the history of colonialism in pluralities of civilizations, like conflict, clash, violence, terrorism, hate, racism, discrimination, and the wrestling with immigration policy. (this is new factor policy toward Muslim immigrants in the west). Recently, all these terms have been the subject of many critical discussions by many intellectuals about the Muslim immigrations, particularly after September 11th world. Indeed, philosophical situation of these immigrants is gradually in negative ways, which created later a gap. Though, this gap was emptiness as a lack which is incomplete.

Philosophically, there is a distance between migration from rural areas to urban center. This is between the consciousness and its objects. In other words, this gap was between Muslim immigrants and their objects. That is, between thought and its objects. We have to fill this gap with thinking, belief, and freedom. Certainly, the gap between thought and its objects is responsible for the power that made the consciousness and the awareness of these immigrants affirmed or denied. This point of view, may be lead our recognizing the gap between myself and the other in order to take the Appeal to one Civilization to One World seriously.

From this point of view, it might be understood that other people are free to make their past and present (fracticity) with unknown future and search for being, but they find themselves without parents and name in this world. They are victim in the globalized world, which defines being by having . Indeed, The otherness want to be, but must have in order to be. Thus, they decided to pretend being and having . Wishing to be free led them play a role of a terrorist. This should show us that the other people thought that God would replace their absent parents, and terrorism would replace property and conduct at least a politics of silence like most of people in the world. But above all these :“ you can take action against what people have made you and transform yourself .”   Then, the otherness could have a part in developing the project of One Civilization to One World.

The background of our project titled “An Appeal to one Civilization to The one World” is based in three stages, which appeared recently in modern societies, that is, mans political activities towards “Rethinking Civilizations.” Clash of Civilizations (S. Huntington, American), Dialogue of Civilizations, (M.Khattami, Iranian), and Alliance of Civilizations (Spain and Turkey).

Therefore, we think our suggestion of this project is worthwhile for ‘Open Space Presentations’ in proposing the notion of the “An appeal to one Civilization to The one World”, by an Algerian (Arab world) to the Third  Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations.(May 27-29 . 2010. Rio de Janeiro). It could be the alternative for three stages of civilizations.

Up to this point of view, although we have suggested the above project, which we strongly believe in its concrete and advantages in the nearest future, but it might be understood that both Spain and Turkey will lead the Alliance of Civilizations temporary in order to overcome the conflict between western countries and the Muslim World, particularly with the Arab States. Indeed, Turkey is not only geographically situated in the heart of the West and the East, but also Turkey is at the crossroads of cultures and has a great deal with all civilizations among all centuries. Also Spain was bridged between Arab-Muslim world and the West. Today, Spain is like most of Europe in confronting and straggling with a way to accommodate its fast growing particularly Muslim immigrants. Historically, the Arab Muslims has been settled in Spain (Al Andalus) for eight centuries from 711 to 1492, the fall of Grenada.

Beyond all these, the Arabs dream that might be the history repeats itself, as it could be, in keeping saying that : “we are people trying to return to our roots.”

Thus, the question which arises here is how Turkey and Spain influence on Muslim world would by leading the future issue of the Alliance of Civilizations? According to our project, in the “Open Space Presentations”, the answer to this question is both negative and positive. It is negative in that the philosophical future of the Alliance of Civilizations is temporary and unstable, similarly, to the Clash of Civilizations and the Dialogue between Civilizations.

Thus, to this extent, we agree with Spain and Turkey, which have established the project of the Alliance of Civilizations in order to fill that gap which lies in all civilizations with multiculturalism and diversity.

However, in proposing our project for successful An appeal to one Civilization to The one World, it is useful for both Turkey and Spain to conceal a Visa for all people, who want to enter either to see the center of Ottoman Empire , or to visit “Al-Andalus”. The suggestion of concealing a Visa would better in declaring it in this Forum. Then, hopefully will be extended to all member countries of Alliance of Civilizations in order to fulfil our project in the nearest future.

Our study allowed us to end up with a profound belief that the Coranic verse : "O Mankind ! We created you from a single (pair) Of a male and a female , And made you into nations and tribes , that ye may know each other .Verily the most honored of In the sight of AlLah Is the most Righterous of . And Allah is full of knowledge And is well  acquainted .(Sura Al-Hujurat Ayat 13)  is meant to all mankind , not only Muslims and if well-understood by different peoples mainly misunderstandings could be overcome.

As explained in The Holy Qur-an , English translation of the meanings and commentary , p1593 ; This is addressed to all mankind and not only the Muslim brotherhood , though it is understood that in a perfected world the two would be synonymous . As it is , mankind is descended from one pair of parents . Their tribes races , and nations are convenient labels by which we  may know certain differing characteristics . Before Allah they are all one , and he gets most honour who is most righteous.
